Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice
You may request a full refund or reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend (no-show)
We reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee. Refunds in these circumstances are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduled appointments

No refund is issued if you choose to reschedule rather than cancel, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any rescheduling.
